Appointments
We request a 24-hr cancellation notice for all services.  Late arrivals will finish at the scheduled time, while the normal treatment fee remains the same.

Gift Cards
Gift cards not used within 6 months of purchase will be subject to price and/or policy change.

Returns
All returns and exchanges must be made within 14 days of purchase and have an itemized receipt.  Make up, nail polish, jewelry, hair brushes, sale items and gift cards are non-returnable/non-exchangeable.  No cash refunds.
